Ship Compressor Systems: Achilles’ Heels on Board
Certain compressor systems are integral to your vessel’s functionality. Here’s how you avoid...
As a consequence of the coronavirus situation, the Norwegian government has instructed that all schools, universities, kindergarten, swimming halls and other public meeting venues are to remain closed to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
TMC has prepared for this for quite some time and so far we keep our operations going as uninterrupted as possible under the circumstances.
At TMC’s Norway operation a lot of employees are now working from home, but our overall motto is “Business as usual”. This means that all our operations and activities are running as normal, but of course with great care and consideration to the rules and guidelines issued by the health authorities.
In line with the instructions from the Norwegian health authorities, we are still restricting flight travel to international destinations.
At TMCs offices in Singapore, China and Korea, some of our staff work from home, but operations are otherwise running as usual. They are prepared to take necessary steps if new instructions are issued by the authorities.
Furthermore, TMC continuously works towards minimising negative operational effects caused by the coronavirus outbreak. We remain in dialogue with all our customers about their ongoing projects.
At TMC, maintaining the health and safety of our people is our highest priority. We continue to monitor the situation closely and will implement any future measure required to maintain safe and reliable operations.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
