The TMC System Solution

TMC System Solution® – the short version

The TMC System Solution® design contains an optimized production and utilization of pressurized air on board ships based on a unified, scalable system. The pressurized air can be used for multi purposes at different pressure levels including, but not limited to, control air applications, working air applications, instrument air applications, Nitrogen feed air applications and SCR applications.

Air should not be pressurized more than required. If there are pressure reductions in the system, the energy will be wasted, as is the case when control air is taken fromstarting air receivers. Our design approach is defined by the consumers and consumption patterns for a complete utilization of relevant pressures and capacities for different applications and consumers on board.

Meet the Boil-Off Gas Compressor live

In addition to our compressor system, we’re excited to show you our Boil Off Gas compressor – the ultimate, flexible compressor for controlling the pressure in your LNG tank.

The TMC Boil Off Gas Compressors consists of a series of gas compressors designed for LNG boil off management in type C tanks, as well as membrane LNG fuel tanks. The capacity control system makes it highly suitable for controlling and maintaining tank pressure, in accordance with the tank-pressure philosophy.

The BOG makes use of the best of two worlds; a standardized basic setup with specialized interfaces. Our experts are happy to assist you in finding the setup best optimized for your usage. Care to learn more? Come see us in Hamburg!
